I have only to remark that at the time $25 per head was offered it was considered a liberal allowance & no reason is perceived for a change of that opinion now. It is with yourself to accept or decline the offer. if the latter the re[illeg] to until some other arrangment can be made.

With respect to the removal of those Miamis who return from the West I have only to say that it must be at their own expense to be paid out of their annuities with their consent--as communicated in my letter above refered to.
