P.S. Capt. Jouett has addressed the secretary of War through the Adjutant Genl. stating that an arrangement had been made for the employment (if necessary) of the Aboit Draggoons (a company of mounted men). And I hope should it be found necessary to call them into service, that the department will be entirely satisfied with the arrangement.
