This Indenture made between Allen Hamilton Esq Miami Agent Sub agent on behalf of the UStates of the one part and [blank space] of the other part witneseth that the said of the second part hereby covenants and agreed to remove the Weas &c. &c ......... to the country now achieved by their brethren in the west, for and in consideration of the sum which shall on evidence, satisfactory to the Government of the Ustates be shown to have accrued in effecting said emigration at the rate hereby covenanted between between said families of the and second part of per head ; and it is hereby especially stipulated that said removal shall be conducted with the most humane regard to the comforts and wants of the Indian that cir- cumstances will allow, and that it shall be accom- plished with the least possible delay within a period beginning if practicable on [blank] day of [blank] or on the earliest [inserted: practicible] day thereafter ;
