Indenture between Allen Hamilton and unsigned, no date

This [illegible] made between Allen Hamilton Esq alliance agreed lub agreed on behalf of the [illegible] of the once fourth and of the other have withnesseth if at the [illegible] of the [leenidl?] [ill.] [ill.] covenants and agreed to remove the Weas [ill.] [ill] ......... to the country now achieved by their brethren in the west, for and in consideration of the sun which shall m evidence, satisfactory to the Government of the Ustates he chosen to have [accured?] in effecting said emigration ah the rate hereby covenented between said families of the leh and second part of per head ; and it is hereby especially stipulated that said removal shall be conducted with the most humane - regard to the comforts and requests of the indian that cir- cumstances will allow, and that it shall be accom- plished with the least [illegible] delay with a period beginning if practicible on day of or on the earliest [practicible] day thereafter ;
