Therefore they should be [illegible] respected and separated from the others, who are bound by treaty stipulation, to move away this spring. 
       I may [illegible] if may not be offensive to the Dept, say to those people, that if they will move when they get set there in their new land in the Gagevine. if it does not suit them they can most likely upon petition and request get the permission to exchange it with the government. for other land up on the Rangas with or else where.
