To facilitate the removal let this agent be directed to advise them formally, that no more no frail of there annuity will be paid either to them who are to move, none to them who by treaty stipulations remain in Indianian until the emigration actually take place.

       The Agent should cause  Roll to be made,  to name and determine all those belonging to the Richardville family- the Godfrey families, the Boudi of [illegible] Goneshaw, and Brothey, and the old white woman. France [illegible] and by law entitled to remain in Indiana & to draw their share of the annuity there. Therefore they should be [illegible] respected and separated from the others, who are bound by treaty stipulation, to move away this spring. 
       I may [illegible] if may not be offensive to the Dept, say to those people, that if they will move when they get set there in their new land in the Gagevine. if it does not suit them they can most likely upon petition and request get the permission to exchange it with the government. for other land up on the Rangas with or else where.
       It is as I conceive unfortunate that they are
