The Agent should cause Rolls to be made, to name and determine <u>all</u> those belonging to the Richardville family-- the Godfroy families, the Bands of Meshin-go-me-shaw, and Brothers, and the old white woman, Frances Slocum and her family. These people are all by treaty stipulations and by law entitled to remain in Indiana & to draw their share of the annuity there. Therefore they should be particularly designated and separated from the others, who are bound by treaty stipulation, to move away this spring. I may (presuming it may not be offensive to the Dept), say to those people, that if they will move when they get out there in their new lands on the Osage river, if it does not suit them they can most likely upon petition and request get the permission to exchange it with the government. for other land up on the Kanzas river or else where.
