does not, some patents were returned to correct, I will make out a list of those patents under the treaty of 1834 &1838 not yet received and transmit it to you. I have not see the gentleman to whom Mr Dowling sold out, he transmitted me some letters I [illegible] unto to him on the expenses of counsel he proposes to hold must be met, I hope in a few days to be strong enough to have I propose going down the Wabash to aid Indians in paying taxes. I shall embrace every opportunity of urging upon every Indian [illegible] the necessity of an early emigration.
