I have the honor herewith to transmit a letter from sub agent Vaughan enclosing muster rolls, abstracts, & returns of provisions issued to the Miami Indians; and requesting that measures may be taken for the payment of the sums of the Issuing Agent, Mr. Leonidas A. Vaughan.
