Dear Sir We have been expecting, for some time to receive a Draft for the amount due us as the assignees and attorneys of Mssrs Coquillard and Edsall & Ewing for the removal of the Miami Indians, west of the Mississippi. If a [requisition?] has not already been issued, in our favor, to have one issued, so that a Draft may be forwarded to us from the proper department and this shall be your [illegible]and voucher for so doing.
