Department to confer and determine on the expediency of making the removal before the expiration of the term or at the earliest day practicable , and immediately on having officially advised of the fact of such removal , and not before, this office will be prepared to issue its instructions for the survey of the lands , providing therein was was herefore done on a similar occasion for me co-operation of the Deputy surveyor with the agent of your office appointed to locate the reserved under the treaty.
