Description

Coquillard says that the 30 or so "Indians" who remained to harvest corn, but were supposed to migrate, were not authorized to remain in Indiana. He offers to migrate families who are Miami-Potawatomi for a fee. He suggests the proper time Sinclear was acting as emigration superintendent, weighing in on the dispute regarding Sinclear's salary.
